Hello,
I just wanted to thank Frank for putting out a logical approach to behavior modification. It has never made any sense to me with some of the other "whispers" chasing animals and rationalizing that it would somehow make the animal have more trust in them w/o realizing its resignation only.
I have spent time with many different trainers of many different species through my work in the veterinary field and zoo animal work.
I have just received three of Franks dvd's and am thrilled with the methods. Perhaps only because it so closely follows my thinking and approach, but I think its because they are truly great dvds. Thank you

Hi Frank,
I have received your DVD's etc, spent the last day watching some of them and I am absolutely thrilled at the way you have developed this program. It is what I have been searching for.
You treat the horse with respect and kindness unlike many others. We badly need this kind of guidance in my part of the world. Many riders treat their horses as "machines" and frustration runs high when the communication is simply not there between horse and human.

"Piglet was a brood mare, started at 11 years old. Although a good pony, Piglet was scared of everything, constantly fearful, and Tayla, (her 9-y.o. owner) could only be led on the pony, holding onto the saddle. In less than four weeks of using the tools learned from your system, Tayla now catches and tacks up her own pony, works right through the seven steps, and has just started rising trot with, as Tay puts it "look, everybody, no hands!". Wonderful stuff".

.....the opportunity finally arose in my life to adopt a horse of my own, I leaped and the chance. What I didn’t know was that the horse was a very sensitive, gaited American Paint horse, which had been being used as a cutting horse as well as to wrangle cattle. He was also a lot more green-broke than I knew. Needless to say, after one moment of stress, I landed flat on my back, on bedrock with a dislocated leg and a nearly broken pelvis.
Numerous people at my barn told me to “put that wild horse down” or “you’ve got to sell him, he’s crazy”, but, honestly, it’s just not in my nature to give up that easily - So, after a ton of research, I came across your Safety System and your 7 Steps.
To make a long story short, over a year later, I was able to bring him to a point where he could be used as a lesson horse for beginning riders. I have also been able to develop his gait and our ever-growing bond, with a patience and compassion that can only be described as divine.
I am so extremely grateful for who you are and what you teach. Thank you Frank, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Hi Frank,
I always look forward to the training DVD\'s each month. I watch them over and over because I always understand something better than I did before each time I review the lessons.
I have witnessed phenomenal improvements in my horses by applying Frank\'s methods. I have gained so-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o much confidence in myself as well.
I feel so much better prepared to handle many of the \"critical\" situations that I have encountered with my horses now and my fear in dealing with each situation has markedly declined.
I have become proactive instead of reactive. I have even learned to overcome the critcism that I have frequently received from other horse owners that do not understand the importance of building a strong foundation under your horse. They feel that it is too much work and not much fun. They just don\'t get it until they get hurt. I just perservere and feel so empowered with Frank Bell on my side.
I never new how magical and powerful it was to have a partership with another creature. My horses are actually happy to see me every day and happy to work along with me no matter what I ask of them. Now I wish I had delved into horsemanship years ago but I enjoy each day that I share with my horses.

Dear Frank,
I feel like yelling your system from the roof tops!
I have been working on these two QuarAb's for 6 years. The book on Natural Horseman was the only thing that got me through to my mare. But, she wasn't finished. There was something missing. Now I know what it is.
Magic was coming to me after using your system within 30 minutes and he was calmer at each approach. He actually came to me for support. It gives me goose pimples. I've worked with these two horses with everyone that I thought knew about horses and all they could say was,"Get rid of them, they are unreliable and crazy." Oh, but they're not. They just needed that blank filled in.

Dear Frank,
I have just watched one of your dvds and was more impressed with how you took the time to make sure that those of us watching clearly understood what you were doing.
There are so many good trainers in America and so very few here in the UK. It is a journey that when you undertake it changes your whole life, and I find that I am always looking for more, I have such a long journey to make with my friend to achieve half of what I am looking for, and I am not prepared to rush things.
Some of the people who claim to be doing natural horsemanship here seem to want to rush things and not work at the horses pace, which I find very sad, because they are all missing so much. Timing and feel are so hard to get but by noticing the little tries it is getting easier and I am getting quicker.
Thank you for making it possible for people to understand what you are doing and where you are coming from.

Hi Frank,
I love your approach and philosophy about treating horses the way we would want to be treated and helping them to succeed. I am completely committed to that philosophy and because of it, I now have 2 of the most calm, loving and affectionate, and willing horses I've ever seen.
People are amazed at the differences in them since I've gotten them and I always refer them to your website to get your videos. Even my 2 year old bay mare Talia, who was almost completely wild when I got her in July, has blossomed under that kind of treatment in to a wonderfully sweet, calm, and loving horse who loves to learn new things and rarely spooks at anything. My little man hardly spooks anymore because he has become so much more confident, and everyone thought I was crazy getting an Arabian as my first horse because of their reputation but he is the love of my life, and has changed many a mind about Arabians in general because of his calm and sweet disposition. They are a real testimonial to your style of teaching as a HUGE success!!

"Even today, after using my system on thousands of horses, I cannot believe how well it does work. In my clinics I watch my students, many with poor timing, balance, and feel. Yet still I watch horses change so dramatically for the better, that I am constantly amazed”. Frank Bell
Clipless Lead Ropes/Halters and more ....
Other products in our range include the 12 foot clipless lead ropes and halters. These ropes are 100% Australian made, lovingly handcrafted and come in a fabulous range of colours.
The perfect tool for practising your 7-Step Safety System. Frank Bell personally gave these lead ropes and halters the thumbs up when visiting Australia during 2006.
These are the exact same design that Frank uses in the U.S. when working any horse. The absence of the heavy metal clip on these ropes makes this a kinder, lighter and softer rope to work with.
Reasonably priced and made to last the distance, you'll be pleasantly surprised by this superb piece of workmanship.

We have endeavoured to make this website as informative and user friendly as possible, so please take the time to browse our site.
